Slips from landslip!
Wild Killaloe clay dug from a landslip on my street
I started making pottery 20 years ago. With a Fine Art background, ceramics is my creative passion. My work explores family history, the environment, and issues I feel strongly about.
Having moved from the UK to Australia, I have lived in Adelaide and Canberra. I recently relocated to Port Douglas, Far North Queensland where I hope to draw on the beautiful local environs to inspire my future work. I am supported by my husband and our dog Olive.
This series is a collection that I make as part of my market and show stock. Featuring Stoneware Espresso Cups, Sake Sets and milk or oil jugs-tableware carefully designed to match other domestic pieces.
For all enquiries regarding the sale of artwork, please contact Caroline.
This is a showcase of the upcoming work which will be available for sale at the Port Douglas Markets. Follow us on social media to find out when they will be available.

General redevelopment, the replacement of character homes regrettably replaced by apartment blocks and the effect on wildlife and birds are the theme that inspires this collection of artworks. This collection is a subtle and gentle protest at the prospect of commercial development occurring around me.

The theme for my show was initially about the general development evident around Adelaide and particularly in my home area of Prospect.
